DAV Delegation Visits SIIS

On October 21, 2023, SIIS President Chen Dongxiao met with the visiting delegation from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, led by Acting President Dr. Pham Lan Dung. The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange of views on international security and development, as well as the China-Vietnam relations.

Members of the DAV delegation also included Senior Advisor Amb. Bui Trong Van, Director General of the Institute for Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies Dr. Vu Le Thai Hoang, Director General of Foreign Service Training Center Dr. Ton Thi Ngoc Huong, etc. SIIS participants also included Director Wu Chunsi, Dr. Xue Chen and Dr. Li Hongmei from the Institute for International Strategic and Security Studies; Director Niu Haibin and Dr. Zhou Shixin from the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies, as well as Deputy Director Ye Yu from the Institute for World Economy Studies.
